Yes. We support IMAP migration from any existing provider including Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft 365, Zoho, and others. You can migrate all existing emails, folders, and attachments. If you cancel your email hosting plan, you have 30 days to export your email data. We will provide IMAP export assistance so you can migrate to another provider or download all messages as .mbox files. After 30 days, mailboxes are permanently deleted. We recommend exporting before cancellation to ensure no data loss.
